Candace is originally from Northern VA and after vacationing to Sunset Beach since childhood, she finally became a full time Brunswick County resident in 1996.

Licensed since 2005, Candace began her career in real estate sales and marketing at Ocean Ridge Plantation, and then on to become Marketing Director of Sea Trail Plantation, before entering general brokerage. Here she continued her focus towards marketing luxury waterfront and golf course properties, and still does to this day.

Her clients have come to know her as a as a friendly, trusted, and knowledgeable resource when it comes to all facets of new construction, investment properties and luxury homes.
